My career in the waterworks industry began long before my first job title. My father was a municipal waterworks manager for over 30 years, and from him I learned what it truly takes to move water from one place to another — reliably and efficiently.

That foundation led me into the waterworks supply industry, where I spent the next 23 years learning the business from the ground up — starting in the yard pulling orders, learning to speak the “waterworks language,” and working through every role the industry has to offer.

From plant operations to estimating multi-million dollar subdivision projects alongside contractors, every chapter built the knowledge base that 3 Phase Supply is founded on today.
